Old black water keep on rolling...
This was the bonus cache to Black Water. It was five years since last done. Multi and bonus caches don't seem to be very popular anymore. The location is one of our favorite spots so we archived the orginial cache and saved the bonus as this new cache .
The location is a hike up a motorcycle trail around the back side of Astronaut Butte along a cascading lava river (South Sugarpine flow). A short climb up the lava is required to get to the cache. Once there you will find a large fallen poderosa to sit and enjoy a great view of Mt. Bachelor.
