Pineapple Cream Pie
Ingredients:
2 graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (see ***)
1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Drain and reserve aside 1/2 cup crushed pineapple.
Fold in whipped topping and remainder of the can of ***crushed pineapple.
Spread pineapple cream filling into graham cracker pie crusts.
Sprinkle with coconut* and reserved ***crushed pineapple.
### If you don’t like coconut you can skip it. Or consider sprinkling with thinly shaved almonds to keep a layer of texture the coconut was adding.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Enjoy!!!
