We will meet at the Pub 'n' Sub on the northeast corner of Ralston and Tenth Streets in Reno. The coordinates are N 39° 32.202 W 119° 49.386.
I invite you to get together on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Pub 'n' Sub restaurant, a local hangout among the college crowd, most of whom have left for the summer. It is suitable for children. There are tables available inside and out, with moveable seating. Weather permitting, we will sit outside at the back. We are welcome to meet without necessarily ordering food or drink. The Pub 'n' Sub closes at 11:00 PM. Parking: Available on the streets and on the south side of the Pub 'n' Sub building.
If you wish, bring your travel bugs to exchange or show, cache containers and swag to exchange or give away.
I look forward to meeting new friends and old! Newcomers to geocaching are especially welcome. There is likely to be opportunity for experienced geocachers to share tips and tricks for finding and hiding caches.
After we meet, let's hunt down a few local caches while there is still light. (I am thinking particularly of GC6K8YR Please Hold, GC4ZCB2 Caught in a Pickle?, and GCAPAVV Grand Army of the RepublicCemetery. If there is still time we might also seek GCB1FH7 HOME OF THE WOLFPACK and GC2NVVA Megan's Geocache.)
