Geocache Description:

Airport-area caches are popular with those with some spare time before a flight, so I thought I'd look to place a few more.

This cache is placed on a sign at the entrance to Mustang Park, which according to the airport's website is "Christchurch Airport’s growing vehicle rental hub. Mustang Park is focused on the tourism travel market and home to most of the South Island’s rental vehicles." This (dead-end) section of Orchard Road (and its side roads) are relatively new. The contract to develop Mustang Park was awarded in 2018. One of the buildings in the park was the location of a COVID testing station (setup in the period before self testing kits became available).

As with most caches of the series, parking isn't great (you could try the nearby retail development). Best accessed by bike or on foot.

The cache is a pill container inside a block of wood. It used to be on a shelf on the sign, but kept disappearing. It is now wedged under a diagonal brace near the end of the fence.
