Albany needs a cache to greet you. Seems like there might of been a cache here at one time but if not.... there is now. You do not have to move anything or climb any thing but a little incline to reach the spot from parking. The cache is visable, but sometimes they hide well in plain sight. Look low as you come up to the sign. TOTT might be very helpful.
Coordinates were jumpy. We took them several times. Once it said 1 ft and then it was 15. We tried again, and again. The above should get you there and the hint is good. The cache container is flat with log sheet to sign.
