Welcome to the Coyote Creek Lagoon area of Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge! It's part of the larger Baylands network of trails that runs all along the southern edge of the San Francisco Bay and provides access to the unique wetlands ecosystem in this area.
This cache is hidden near the junction of the Coyote Creek Lagoon Trail and the West Lagoon Trail at an are with a few concrete benches and a very clearly unused signpost. To say it needs maintenance is an understatement. You're looking for a bison hidden in larger camo.
This trail system is open sunrise to sunset. Bicycles and fishing allowed, but dogs and hunting are not. Happy hunting!
