Tiny Isle of Sylvan Delights
As the name suggests, this tiny isle is a much more pleasant place than the Tiny Isle of Eldritch Horrors and its main inhabitants, satyrs and forest nymphs, are far more agreeable hosts.
The satyrs of this isle have formed the Fraternal Order of Gentlemen Satyrs in an effort to counter the reputation of their kind as runting beasts who take outrageous liberties with women. In contrast to their feral brethren, the goat men of FOGS are noted for their restraint, civility and dashing top hats. The satyrs will offer to squire their lady guests about the isle and invite men to join them in hunting or some other sporty pursuit
The comely and amorous forest nymphs delight in entertaining visitors by dancing about forest in diaphanous gowns. These revels are invariably followed by communal garment-free bathing. The nymphs are often wildly flirtatious but don't expect anything to come of it because they are fickle creatures with the attention spans of bumblebees.
On this most delightful isle, you will also encounter other wondrous creatures such as mirth sprites, pleasure pixies, mead gnomes and miniature unicorns whose farts smell like freshly baked mocha chip muffins. However, if mushroom people offer you little srooms with red caps, do not eat them…unless you're in the mood for mind-melting hallucinations.
See Photos for depictions of the creatures of T.I.S.D.
Note: This Tiny Isle is only a stride or two from dryland and during periods of low rainfall, it might not be an island at all.
