This is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise and gaze out into the gulf. There are 23 beach access points within the city limits of South Padre Island. Many of these have public parking, restrooms, and showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach . Some of the beach access points are even wheelchair accessible. Enjoy the beach on South Padre Island. This cache is not in the dunes. No need to leave the boardwalk.
