Root Beer, back in the previous century, 1960's you could have stopped nearby and purcased an ice cold Root Beer from an American renowned root beer stand, but not today, The drivein was located at the top of the hill just to the south of GZ, coming up from Evergreen Lake. Sadly for me, my high school car a Peugeot 403, could not make it up that same hill. The drivein was torn down many years ago, much before I moved to Evergreen from Denver.
So if you want a Root Bear after finding this cache, plan ahead and bring one along.
