When I was a kid, family trips to Wheeling to check out the large sportsman store were always a special treat or a reward. Despite being actively involved in camping and outdoor sports growing up, we rarely bought anything. Instead, the trip was specifically to look at the animals (and get a few caches, but that's beside the point). I think this is where my fascination with the outdoors and all its creatures really started. Despite these animals being lifeless, it still sparked an appreciation for the authenticity of nature. While I'm out caching, I never take for granted a chance encounter with one of the wild's finest.
This is the bonus cache for a five-stage adventure lab that is designed to take you on a mini safari without ever leaving Morgantown. Track down all five animals and you will receive the bonus coords for this geocache, which is located nearby. I hope you had fun exploring the zoo-permarket!
