Stage one is a small oil sample bottle with the coordinates to stage two on a laminated slip of paper inside. I have been informed that it is a bit wet near stage one. Upon inspection I found that you can easily get to stage one without getting your feet wet...by approaching from the South. If you still want to go by way of the water, then that is up to you.
Stage two is a large pretzel jar. It is near a sea of maize colored grass and camoflaged, but should be rather obvious.
You can see the BIG HOUSE from the cache site (That would be the U of M football stadium). Don't decipher the hints unless you are really desperate.
