Changfeng Park (长风公园), located in Putuo District, was completed and opened to the public on the National Day of 1959. It is one of the major parks with beautiful landscapes in Shanghai. It covers an area of 366,000 square meters, including a water area of 143,000 square meters. The park borrows the gardening style of the Summer Palace and the landscaping manipulation from Hangzhou and Suzhou. When building the park, people used the silt excavated from the Yinchu Lake to pile up the adjacent Tiebi Hill till 30 meters high, achieving two goals at once. The park is recently undergoning a significant renovation project. This large-scale transformation aims to enhance visitors' experiences and integrate the park better with modern city life. Therefore, the northern part of the park is currently closed for renovation.

A small garden is located on the west side of the park, close to Gate No. 4. There is a Bagua diagram (also known as Eight Trigrams, 八卦图), made of pebbles, on the ground. The magnetic cache (a 5cm tube) is attached under the seat next to the Bagua diagram.
