Geocache Description:


Another Quick 2 Stage multi on the back roads of Somis.   At the initial coordinates note the red sign on a water fill valve.  What is the name of the Mutual Water Company that owns it.  Put their name (two words) into Certitude to get the final coordinates. 

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Cache is a small bison tube, log only, no room for a pencil or swag, so remember to bring your own pen/pencil (BYOP). Please return as found.
