What a day to be alive. That’s when they slammed down a one-foot reserve across the entire width of Martley Drive. Just twelve measly inches of city-owned land — but enough to ruin everything.
No one could build on it, pave it, or even drive across without written approval from the City of Mississauga. As if a single foot could hold up an entire neighborhood.
People were furious. We’d been using that stretch for years, then suddenly, some bureaucrat decides to draw a line and cut us off. One foot, backed by cold city rules, turned our open road into a dead end.
And the worst part? They did it without a single word to the people who actually live here.
Parking is available at GZ (Martley Drive). You are looking for a small pill bottle covered in black duct tape.
Please replace it exactly as you found it.
Good Luck!
