Following on from a successful #3 meet in January, we are looking forward to a return to this venue in the summer month of August. Hoping for a nice warm evening, we are planning to publish some new Geocaches especially for the occasion!
A reservation has been made in the "Canal Room" which you access by turning right as you enter the front door. Food is available, indeed we will be planning to eat.
We will bring a logbook and a small tub for trackables, happy to take away anything that fits inside, anything larger you are responsible for taking away with you or finding a new custodian for.
If you are planning to attend, it would be helpful if you could post a "will attend" log with the number of people in your party, this will help us to modify the booking leading up to the evening, if required.
