Nullface: After a number of trips to replace this one in such a short time, I think it just wasn't meant to be!

Geocache Description:

Los Angeles used to have over 200 tunnels and walkways for pedestrians to cross under and over the busy streets of the city. Most of them are gone now, either filled in and paved over or just blocked off like the one you'll see once you arrive at the posted coordinates. If you're interested in a bit of city history you can check out this map, which unfortunately has not been updated in a while but is at least a historical record of the foot-friendly landscape that once was.

The name of the cache is a reference to a creepy message found scrawled on a papered-over bar window in my favorite horror game, Silent Hill 2, and has nothing to do with the tunnels; I just think it's spooky.

Parking on this street is mostly limited to permit holders, so loiter at your own risk. Please re-seat the container on its magnetic disk when putting it back!
