Take the day of the news clip and add 3, then subtract the result from North decimal minutes.
Subtract 12 from the number of baseballs used in a typical game today, and add the result to West decimal minutes.

Utica District Park offers places for a variety of outdoor activities such as baseball/softball, sand volleyball, horseshoes, playgrounds, soccer, tennis, pickleball, basketball, multi-purpose fields, hiking trails, picnic areas and shelters, as well as the Snook Family Farm Agricultural Center.
Park Hours are 8am to 10:30pm.
NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON GRASSY AREAS. Drive and park only on paved or designated/park-directed areas, and obey all speed limit signs.
Pets allowed only if attended and on a leash of 9 feet or less.
Watch your footing carefully as you leave groomed areas - there are groundhog or fox holes, poison ivy, and old wire fencing in various non-managed areas.
