Welcome to the Kaispell Bay Day Use Area. I have launched my kayak from here for day trips to the island a couple of times. It is day use only, but a nice place to spend a day. There are 2 picnic tables & grills, and a tiny, sandy beach. There is no drinking water. There is a vault toilet here, too. You have the option of taking the steeper stairs, or the wide, gentle "road" down.
I placed the cache where you don't have to disturb any people enjoying the picnic area.
