Following the success of our first cache hide last year, we've decided to add more and create a short loop through our local woods. It's a great space to walk in at all times of the year, but it is particularly spectacular in the springtime when the bluebells bloom. Here's a little information about the area if you're interested.
Knolls Wood is situated one mile north of Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire. Covering an area of nearly 4 hectares, it is bordered on the North side by Sandy Lane and on the West by Plantation Road.
It has been designated an area of Great Landscape Value and is covered by Tree Preservation Orders thanks to its range of exotic and ornamental tree specimens.
This cache is situated in the woods, you will have to step off the path and have a good look around for it. You are looking for a purple bison cache.
