WELCOME TO THE PATRICK NORRIS COMMUNITY PARK.

This cache is a real humdinger placed for the COMMUNITY CELEBRATION EVENT by SKYYE53.

This hide will require either teamwork or a TOTT- tool of the trade by geocachers.

I have it on good authority that at the event- the host shall be providing the proper tool to find the cache and log your find. BUT after the event is over and you tarry on your own on a different day,you will have to bring or supply your own.

If there are events going on, please do not participate as the muggles may seek to ruin your enjoyment or the viability of the geocache.

 The d/t and attribute should determine your geosenses for your smiley.
