Welcome to the Grand River!
It's about as smooth a paddle as you will find. There are no logjams, generally only a light current (assuming it's not flood season), and there's an easy entry and parking. However, always check the weather and water conditions before you come.
This other half of this series of caches is dedicated to my geocaching partner, spidermonkey09 (she's my life partner too... but, geocaching *is* life... isn't it? ❤). There are an unenumerable number of wonderful things about her, and this series is my ode to her and all her wonderfulness.
The Cache
On our first trip together (to Montreal) spidermonkey09 and I went for a walk at night through the city... I thought we were walking randomly, but little did I know that we were visiting the sites of all her DNFs! :) :) :). Knowing her better, I know she hates a DNF on the map - she will come back over and over to clear them. She's persistent, and that's one thing I love about her.
