This cache is on Arizona State Trust Land. Geocachers must purchase an annual recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department website. Long sleeves are recommended.
It's another challenge - some people love them, other people hate them. The cache is located at the posted coordinates but there is a special logging requirement. You’re welcome to sign it (bring your own pencil!) and post a note at any time, but you cannot claim a find unless you qualify. The D/T is based on the challenge. The hide is a preform container.

The Challenge 
To qualify you must have already found at least 4,220 geocaches (other than locationless and Adventure lab stops) located in Arizona.
Use the checker to confirm your qualifications. You're welcome to include the output from the Project-GC Checker in your log entry but it is not required.
Finds that do not qualify will be deleted without warning.
