Welcome to Rooney Park, established in 1975!
This charming community park offers something for everyone: pickleball courts, basketball courts, a scenic walking trail, and a fun frisbee golf course.
Just west of the park, you’ll find our town’s historic fort, as well as the Comanche Springs Pool. Before the pool was built, this area was home to natural springs, and on occasion, the spring water still flows through the park’s canals.
On the east side, a newly added nature trail invites you to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area.
