Another great war film is "Red Ball Express". Released in 1952, it's a World War II drama that depicts the heroic efforts of the Red Ball Express, which was a critical logistics operation that supplied Allied forces with essential suppplies during the campaign in France following the Normandy landings on June 6th, 1944. This WWII film depicts the challenges faced by the drivers and personnel of the "Red Ball Express" as they transported vital supplies to the Allied front lines.
There is a field puzzle to solve in order to access the log, but it is not difficult. When you see the puzzle, you will understand why I named the cache after this particular movie.
YOU MUST SIGN THE LOG TO CLAIM IT AS FOUND! NO PEN? NO EXCUSE!
===========================================
This cache was placed in association with the NoVA Chapter of the Military Association of GeoCachers (MAGC). I included a pen, but I suggest that you bring your own writing instrument to sign the log in case the original pen malfunctions or disappears.
Parking is available in an unrestricted parking lot near to GZ. Once you get to GZ, it should be a fairly quick find for most geocachers. There's nothing tricky or elaborate about this one. Stealth is required because you will be adjacent to a walking path and visible to muggles passing by. It is available 24/7, but be alert and careful if caching at night. I recommend looking for this during daylight hours only. Be sure to replace the cache as you found it.
If you haven't found the other caches in the MAGC series, they are many close by, so I hope you take the time to check them out!
