Take College Heights Blvd south past where the pavement ends.
The dirt roads that circle the cache site are rutted, so using a car is now iffy. There are very rough dirt roads that will require a truck (through the MX track). Take your pick. The name comes from Cerro Coso, the C.C. that the site overlooks. Bring your camera, there's a nice flat spot to sit, enjoy the view, and take pictures. The cache is an ammo box that's in a rock cave.
