Geocache Description:

This Challenge Cache IS at the posted coordinates.

Background:

Welcome to Ontario! Whether you're passing through YYZ or exploring our province, Ontario offers incredible diversity for cache hunters. From bustling urban centers like Toronto to pristine wilderness in Algonquin Park, from the thundering waters of Niagara Falls to the rugged beauty of the Canadian Shield - our province delivers geocaching adventures across every landscape imaginable. Ontario's vibrant geocaching community hosts regular events, meetups, and mega-events throughout the year, making it easy to connect with fellow cachers and feel right at home.

The Challenge:

In order to qualify for this challenge, you have to find 7 distinct cache types in Ontario. While this is easy for someone visiting for a few days thanks to the incredible density of caches in Ontario, it may be hard to logistically plan for during a layover.

The Fine Print:

The usual rules of Challenge caches apply.

  • You may sign the logbook if you don't qualify yet, and log a "Note"
  • This cache cannot be used to qualify for the challenge.
  • You can only log a find if you qualify (using the the project-gc checker below) AND sign the log.
  • The Difficulty Rating is based on the perceived difficulty of accomplishing the challenge, and the terrain is the effort required to find the cache.
