Hi there,
I'll be in Halifax for just one day while on my way back home for summer - and June 25 happens to be a special day: it marks the day when Croatia declared independence back in 1991! Croatia turns 34 this year!
To celebrate, I'm hosting a short and casual traveler event in the Halifax Public Gardens, just a relaxed meetup to connect and share a bit of culture.
Come by for:
- a friendly hello and quick log signing
- a few handmade Croatian souvenirs
- a chance to bring, swap, or discover trackables
- and maybe a surprise treat (if time allows)

I will update the exact location when I find the "right" bench in the garden. I will also have a Croatian flag.
