The highly venomous Yellow-bellied Sea Snake can occasionally be found washed up on the beaches of all Hawaiian Islands. Because it is more poisonous than a Cobra, you are advised to stear clear and report it to authorities at 808-643-PEST.
There's also another type of snake that can be found lurking around the Koai'a Tree Sanctuary. No worries though, he is completely non-toxic. Getting to the GZ requires a short but strenuous hike. Enter the gate to the sanctuary and take the left path. Continue on the trail until you reach a second gate which is partially open. Slip through this gate, gather your courage, and finally pass through the serpent's lair.
