Geocache Description:

Saturday 20 September 2025, 09:30 - 12:30

St Peter's Church

Chailey Green

BN8 4DA

These events have been organised for many years by Martletsman (Ken) and a couple of years back was the first geocaching event we ever attended.  Ken was probably the first geocacher we ever met!  Because of this event we have made many geocaching friends, been confident enough to attend other meets and I have become a bell ringer!  When we heard that Ken was wanting to step back from organising events we just had to volunteer to take this one on as it means so much to us.

A little about St Peter's Church and its aims for the future.

The Church was originally built in 1256 and over the centuries has undergone many building extensions and alterations.

Recently the interior of the Church has been re-ordered, and the car park extended to allow better and more use for the local community at large.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The event will be followed by a social with hot dogs provided by the church as a thank you for our hard work.  See GCB8H8V

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If this is your first event be assured we are a welcoming bunch, feel free to reach out to me via my profile beforehand if you wish.
