Description
Welcome to the Grand River!
It's about as smooth a paddle as you will find. There are no logjams, generally only a light current (assuming it's not flood season), and there's an easy entry and parking. However, always check the weather and water conditions before you come.
This other half of this series of caches is dedicated to my geocaching partner, spidermonkey09 (she's my life partner too... but, geocaching *is* life... isn't it? ❤). There are an unenumerable number of wonderful things about her, and this series is my ode to her and all her wonderfulness.
The Cache
In a couple, there's always one person who's more organized than the other. And better and planning... and the voice of reason. That's spidermonkey09! Without her, I'd probably be dead already. As we were paddling here, I suggested that this could be a good put-in/take-out location - and she advised me that only I'd think this was a good spot! :)
(... but seriously you could put in/out here if you wanted... or maybe a little further down... it's pretty close to the road :))
