To find this hidden treasure, make your way to Lake Newport.
- If you prefer a short walk, park along Lake Newport Drive where the trail crosses the road. Go down the hill.
- If you'd like to enjoy a longer walk, park near The Lake House just off Brown's Chapel Road, and start on the lowr part of the trail acoss from The Lake House. This trail goes all the way around the lake and brings you back to where you start. The views are gorgeous, and the walk is peaceful.
Follow the trail until you reach a valley between two gentlly sloping hills, where the lake view stretches out beside you.
Your treasure rests about 3 feet off the trail.
