To find this hidden treasure, make your way to Lake Newport.
- If you prefer a short walk, park along Lake Newport Drive where the trail crosses the road. Go down the hill.
- If you would like to enjoy a longer walk, park near The Lake House just off Browns Chapel Road, and start on the lower part of the trail acoss from The Lake House. This trail goes all the way around the lake and brings you back to where you started. The views are gorgeous, and the walk is peaceful.
Follow the trail until you reach a valley between two gentlly sloping hills, where the lake view stretches out beside you.
Your treasure rests about 3 feet off the trail.
