Party Partway to the Peak Traditional Cache

This cache is located on BLM land between the parking area and the virtual cache at Snow Peak.  The round trip hike from the parking area (past this cache) to the peak and back to the parking area is just over a mile in length with around 400 feet of elevation gain.  Although the last bit of elevation gain at the peak is a scramble to the top.  We placed this cache so you could practice your scambling on a micro scale along the way!  The cache is located near the "peak" of a small outcropping of bolders just a short distance off of the trail.  For the easiest access look for (and pass) a large tree that looks like it is growing out of the rocks before leaving the path.  Have fun exploring Snow Peak!
