The first 30 minutes of this event will be on land and for none kayakers and safety checks for first timers for those wishing to make the trip the optional water part of the event is at 9:30am we will be leaving land at 9:30 am. This is a all day kayaking trip starting at 9 am going down the Siltcoos river to the Dam and then back up to the lake. There are a few caches along the way, rope swings, sand dunes and water games. If you need to rent a kayak Siltcoos River rentals rent them and there is another rental place just south of Florence.
Lane county parking pass required! $5. It has gone up since our last trip. $150. Fine with no pass. They check. State and national passes do not work for this.
