This is a participation event.
Jacksons Creek is a delightful watercourse running from the Lerderderg State Forest through Gisborne and Sunbury (including Organ Pipes National Park), until joins with Deep Creek to become the Maribyrnong River. Sadly, the parklands surrounding the creek through Gisborne are sometimes a bit... suboptimal.
Come down and help clean it up!
We will be meeting near the Station Street (East) Playground. The site will cover both sides of the creek, south to the Gisborne Cricket Oval, and west to Gisborne Adventure Playground. Be careful when crossing the road!
Please bring a coat, water bottle, and your own gloves. We will supply reusable bags, a limited number of rubbish grabbers and gloves for those that do not have their own.
