Storming the Castle 2025: Goodrich Castle
I know, its not Monmouthshire, but just nipped over the border quickly.
Event 3 of Storming Castle day, 13th of July 2025
Another Castle that we didnt techincally storm in 2024, but enjoyed a curry from afar?
We will look to base ourselves at the cafe in the Carpark. Entry to the castle is at a fee, however attening the event and storming will not cost you an entry fee. Parking may incur a fee.
Me and the little romans will not partake in refreshments at the cafe as we will look forward to a feast at the end of our journey. However please do not let this stop you.
I have planned this day of Storming castles to highlight some of Monmouthshire's best castles. I hope to see a few friendly local cacher faces from all over Monmouthshire.
Calidcot, WhiteCastle, Goodrich (Just over the border i know :P and Chepstow)
I will have two little Romans with me this time, so I will only have 1 space in my car if someone would like to join us on our day of storming. If anyone plans to come for the whole day, please reach out to me so that we can make some fun plans
