I think it's time for you to take a load off, Eat some food and get some gas before you continue your journey on the 15. You should be able to get this cache without using stealth as it is hidden more to the back. There is parking about 10 feet from the cache so if you're in a hurry you can be quick. Enjoy the cache and please return it to the spot you found it so I can avoid muggles.
