Geocache Description:

Legend has it that 200 years ago, a mysterious chimney sweep saved the life of King George II life during a royal procession by stopping and soothing his out-of-control horses from galloping away with the royal carriage.  The sweep was called to his daughters wedding and the King issued a a Royal Decree stating that Chimney Sweeps are bringers of good fortune and luck and should be treated with the greatest respect.  So started the tradition and lucky omen.

I'm the UK the tradition of having a sweep, often dressed in traditional Victorian attire was a common sight at weddings.

The sweep is a symbol believed to bring good luck, fortune and fertility to the couple.  Chimney sweeps by their profession, clear away soot, which is symbolically linked to cleansing and removing bad luck or negative energy.

Your challenge is to find the Guards Mill sweep and sign the log. TOTT could be handy and definitely a pen.  Please place the cache back exactly where you found it.

Well done to MelR1982 and clamaty on a joint FTF.
