HIPS (hidden in plain sight) reiškia, jog konteineris yra paslėptas prieš pat akis, tiesiog labai gerai įsiliejęs į aplinką. Tokio tipo geocache'us labai sunku pastebėti, bet lengva rasti. Šio geocache'o tikslas parodyti, jog yra labai įdomių ir įvairių būdų paslėpti lobiuką. Norėjau šį geocache'ą padaryti kuo didesnio sunkumo, neprarandant įdomumo jo ieškant. Vietą pasirinkau ąžuolyno parke siekiant paslėpti lobiuką tokioje vietoje, kur lengviau galima ieškoti geocache'o nesukeliant įtarimo kitiems (apsauga nuo muggler'ių). Tokio tipo lobis patyrusioms akims gali būti lengvas radinys, o kitiems sunku. Sėkmės <3

Medyje paslėptas konteineris yra piršto dydžio (mikro kategorijos), gamintas taip, kad prisitaikytų prie aplinkos vaizdo, rekomenduoju atsargiai laikyti (dėl ilgaamžiškumo), padėti ten, kur radote (radimo vieta pažymėta smulkia metaline veržle), dedant atgal į slėptuvę įdėti švelniai, maskuotės puse.

HIPS (hidden in plain sight) means that the container is hidden right in front of your eyes, simply blended into the surroundings very well. This type of geocache is very hard to notice but easy to find. The goal of this geocache is to show that there are many interesting and creative ways to hide a cache. I wanted to make this geocache as challenging as possible without losing the fun of searching for it.
I chose a location in the oak forest park to hide the cache in a place where it’s easier to search without raising suspicion from others (protection from muggles). For experienced eyes, this type of cache might be an easy find, but for others, it can be difficult.
The cache:
- A finger-sized container (micro category), designed to match the surroundings.
- I recommend handling it carefully (for durability).
- Put it back exactly where you found it (the hiding spot is marked by a small metal nut).
- When placing it back into the hide, insert it gently, with the camouflaged side facing out.
