Each waypoint will take you to a location where you will have to look around and count specific things. The required math is written below, but can also be found in waypoint descriptions and on this handy worksheet - LINK

A = Number of Roses + Butterflies + Moths on the painted wall mural
B = Number of Creatures in the windows of the painted wall mural, divided by 4
C = Look at the date on the fountain, take away the first number from the last number
D = Count the number of lettered stairs, minus 21
E = Count the number of lion statues at the bottom of the stairs
F = Count the number of tall columns, divided by 2
G = Count the number of bandstand flowers, minus 7 (a picture of the specific bandstand flowers can be found above, or in the cache photos)
H = The number of horizontal yellow bars, minus the number of vertical yellow bars
I = The number of small 'caged' trees
J = Count the number of tower columns on the lowest level, divided by 2 (you do not need to go through the gate to count this, as it is possible to count by walking around outside the tower's hedges)
Unfortunately due to muggling there is no longer room for swaps at the final cache location :(
