The Library is located in a building that used to be a Red Owl Grocery Store. The Bowman Regional Public Library Backyard turned a humble gravel drainage ditch into a vibrant Green Space. What once was the unloading dock for the Red Owl is now a pocket park. Our arched gazebo is a chill, outdoor space perfect for diving into a book, unwinding, or plotting your North Dakota adventure.
