I was looking for ideas about a good spot to host a paddle event and obarshay suggested GC9P5AF - Ozimandias V 3.0. That is a bit of a jaunt, so the event will be just off the boat launch. After the paddle gathering is over, those who wish to journey to the T4.5 / D5.0 virtual are welcome to join the flotilla for a paddle followed by a hike to the geo treasure.
After conferring with Type2bill, the low tide for Kayak Pointy will be at 1:16pm (-1.94'). Some recent finders of the virtual left about 2 hours before low tide so I shall follow that plan. For this event, we shall meet in the water at 10:45 and spend the next 30 minutes chatting about the quest that lies ahead of us. I do not have any extra watercraft for this event, so you will need to come equipped with your own.
Note: A Discover Pass or a Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife are required for parking
