Geocache Description:

What washes up on tiny beaches? Microwaves.

How do you put a baby alien to sleep? You rocket.

Why did the strawberry panic? It was in a jam.

My father-in-law was quite the pun-derful fellow. He was a connoisseur of wordplay of all kinds and delighted in crafting new puns on the fly. A long-time professor, even his students and fellow scientists weren't safe from his groan-inducing quips.

He passed away this spring, and this cache uses a container of his that tickled his fancy.

The cache isn't mint to offend, just to provide amusemint.

Enjoy, and log a pun in his memory!

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. It is a reverse Whereigo.

The first reverse Wherigo file (called a "cartridge" in honor of traditional gaming consoles, even though there is no hardware involved beyond your own GPS device) was created by -Waldmeister-, who also published the first reverse Wherigo cache in 2012, GC357G1.

To find a Wherigo cache, you'll need a GPS device or a cell phone app that has the ability to play Wherigo cartridges.

Wherigo cartridges can be downloaded for free from the Wherigo website.

To solve a reverse Wherigo cache, plug the three numbers from the cache description into a Wherigo cartridge, then open the cartridge repeatedly. Each time you open it, it will tell you how close (or how far) you are from the cache, but it won't tell you what direction to go. Once you get very close, the cartridge will give you the final coordinates. Many people try to find a cache using the fewest possible queries.

These are the numbers you will need to find this cache:

892631
106427
