In den alten Gassen von Goslar strandeten einst Seeräuber, fern der See, doch schwer beladen mit Beute. Ihren Schatz verbargen sie nahe dem Schwimmbad, verborgen in einer alten, großen Holztruhe.
Geheimnisvolle Zeichen weisen noch heute den Weg dorthin.

Aufgabe: Du stehst hier am Beginn des Weges hoch zum Stadion und zum Schwimmbad. Wenige Meter den Weg hoch steht rechts eine große Infotafel des Fußballvereins.
A: Wieviele D-Junioren sind zu sehen? Rechne die Rückennummer des A-Juniors dazu.
B: Welche Rückennummer hat der Rhüdener E-Junior?
C: Wieviele Bambinis sind auf dem Bild? Schau genau hin!

Das Schwimmbad in Goslar ist ein städtisches Schwimmbad und zählt damit auch zu den Kultureinrichtungen der Stadt. Es dient nicht nur dem Freizeit- und Badebetrieb, sondern fungiert auch als Informationspunkt für Besucher. In einem dafür vorgesehenen Bereich erhalten Touristen grundlegende Informationen zur Stadt, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie zu Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Damit übernimmt das Schwimmbad ergänzend die Rolle einer Außenstelle des Besucherzentrums.
Für diesen Multi-Cache ist es notwendig, den Eingangsbereich des städtischen Schwimmbads zu betreten. Die Öffnungszeiten sind in der Regel täglich von Morgens bis Abends, Genaueres kann auf der Homepage des Aquantic nachgeschaut werden.
Das Absolvieren des Caches ist innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten jederzeit kostenfrei möglich!
Über die GeoTour
Goslar vereint auf besondere Weise Geschichte, Landschaft und Technik. Die historische Altstadt, das Erzbergwerk Rammelsberg und das Oberharzer Wasserregal bilden gemeinsam ein einzigartiges Ensemble, das als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe ausgezeichnet wurde und bis heute die Entwicklung der Region sichtbar macht.
Diese Geotour ist aus der Geocaching-Community heraus entstanden. Sie wurde von engagierten Cacherinnen und Cachern entworfen, entwickelt und getragen – mit dem Ziel, die Besonderheiten Goslars auf abwechslungsreiche Weise erlebbar zu machen und bekannte wie weniger bekannte Orte miteinander zu verbinden. Und unser Maskottchen Adelhard wird dich dabei begleiten.
Goslar ist immer eine Reise Wert, weil hier Treffen sich mehrere.

(this Cache) Pirates of Goslar
In the old alleys of Goslar, pirates once found themselves stranded — far from the sea, yet heavily laden with loot. They hid their treasure near the swimming pool, concealed in a large, old wooden chest.
Mysterious signs still point the way there today.
Geocachers follow their trail—perhaps you will find the treasure!
Task: You are standing here at the beginning of the path leading up to the stadium and the swimming pool. A few meters up the path on the right, there is a large information board of the football club.
A: How many D-juniors are visible? Add the jersey number of the A-junior to this.
B: What jersey number does the Rhüden E-junior have?
C: How many Bambinis are in the picture? Look closely!

The swimming pool in Goslar is a municipal facility and therefore also counts as one of the city’s cultural institutions. It serves not only for leisure and swimming activities but also functions as an information point for visitors. In a designated area, tourists can obtain basic information about the city, its sights, and leisure opportunities in the surrounding area. In this way, the swimming pool also acts as an additional branch of the visitor center.
For this multi-cache, it is necessary to enter the entrance area of the municipal swimming pool. Opening hours are generally from morning to evening daily; more detailed information can be found on the Aquantic website.
Completing the cache is possible free of charge at any time during opening hours!
