Geocache Description:

Our family decided to hide a cache at every LDS Temple in Colorado. We were visiting friends in Farmington, and decided to expand this series here too. We know some locals who will help with maintenance. There are only two of these Temples in New Mexico (including this one). If the gates are open, you are free to walk the grounds, but please be respectful. Caches are available anytime, the grounds are closed Sunday and Monday.

The flowers here are amazing, and are always rotating based on the season. Spring is my favorite time to check them out. As I said above, feel free to walk around the grounds. If you visit after dark, you can see this Temple brightly lit.

Please share any photos that you take in your log, we'd love to see them!

This is the second, of two, LDS Temples in New Mexico. It was Announced on April 4, 2021, had its Groundbreaking on April 30, 2022, an Open House will happen July 16 - August 2, 2025, and it will be Dedicated August 17, 2025.

This Temple is built on 6.62 acres, has 25,000 square feet.

You can visit the other Temples by going to the other caches in this "series" of four caches:

Fort Collins: A Majestic Place

Denver: Another Majestic Place

Grand Junction: Yet Another Majestic Place
