July 7th is National Koi Day. Koi fish are colored varieties of carp which originated in China and Japan and are kept as decorative fish, commonly in Japanese gardens. To celebrate this day, we will be meeting at the Swansons Nursery Café, which conveniently has a koi pond in it.
