After all these years, we've never hosted a conventional CITO; they've all been cemetery cleanups/restoration projects! We love our town, and want to give back while helping nature and making the property look better.
Let's gather after work on July 16, 2025, from 5:30-6:30pm, to clean up the area of Esek Hopkins Park and Dean Andrews Memorial Field on Battey Meetinghouse Road. Park and meet on the south side of the ballfield parking lot, and we'll focus our efforts on both sides of the road, both town properties. There may be others enjoying the playground or field, but it will be easy to find your hosts. No sled required to have a good time!
We'll provide latex-free gloves and trash bags. Bring your energy, eagle eyes, bug spray, sunscreen, drinking water, work gloves if you'd like, and a reacher if you have one,
