This cache is placed along the Great Allegheny Passage accessed from the Waterfront area and Former U.S. Steel site in Duquesne. This might be somewhat tricky for newer cachers so Ill rate it accordingly. Please bring your own writing utensil and place container in the same way you found it, please. 😃
