The Kraken is a legendary sea monster from Scandinavian folklore, often depicted as a giant cephalopod-like creature capable of destroying ships. Legends describe it as having immense size, with tentacles that can wrap around and sink ships, or create whirlpools to drown them. The Kraken is believed to be inspired by sightings of giant squid. Some tales suggest the Kraken has a taste for human flesh, adding to its terrifying reputation.
The Cache has traveled with us as we have moved and is the 3rd rendition. First in Illinois, then in Indiana, and finally now in Texas.
