Alice in Wonderland, “We're All Mad" Tea Party

Come fall down a rabbit hole in Northern Illinois and join KDK9s and crew at Severson Dells Nature Park. Maybe even meet a few of the Wonderland Tea Party characters, search for hidden treasure and possibly snag a tag or something else from the "Snag the Tag" game.
THIS IS A MEET AND GREET EVENT. PARTICIPATION IN FALLING DOWN A RABBIT HOLE OR ANY OTHER GAMES ARE OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN THE LOG. “Don’t be late. Make a very important date.”

Will we have a Snag The Tag game?
Yes we will! Everything has a moral, only if you can find it!
The game is easy: Begin at the beginning, and go on till you come to the end: then stop, there.
Of course all this will be taking place within and around the Severson Dells Nature Park and Building.
For those that don't want to play, you are welcome to sit and watch the madness unfold while enjoying a cup of tea and a cup of cake.
So that we can cater correctly - please log your will attend. This will tell us how much to bring.
The tea party will begin at 11:00am and finish tea service at 2:00pm, with several games being played throughout that time. Prizes for the games will be given out between 1:30pm and 2:30pm.
Games, instructions and a list of nearby geocaches that can earn you a coin from the Jarrett Prairie Preserve, in Byron, will be added to this page, as a note in the log, closer to the event date!
This event is being held to celebrate all things Geocaching and is open to everyone, including children and mad friends. (oops, muggle friends)
It wouldn't be a party without some mad hatter fun so if you'd like to, please wear a hat, cap, or arrive as your favorite Alice in Wonderland character, or just turn up as you are! We welcome familiar faces and new ones who just want to come along and watch the geohatter madness.
The most decorated and craziest looking hat will be in for a prize as picked by a vote of the attendees. As well as full Alice in Wonderland costumes.
Trackables!
Please do bring along any trackables and geocoins to the event to be discovered or to continue on their journey.
Of course there will be a logbook to sign and leave comments for all those attending the event.

www.snagthetag.com. Please note that only certain tags will be able to be redeemed at this event and this will feature in the tag write up on the STT web page.
PathTags: Let us not forget Path Tag Trading. There will be a table set up for traders too, so check your extras and personal tage so you might trade with someone at the event.
