This multi is for the foolhardy only, so please read ,complete description, before you proceed ! There are 13 legs and only 1 smiley. It is probably possible by transit and some leg work if you choose this route. You don't have to find this cache so , please, keep the complaints to the minimum, BUT I've been advised that the size/difficulty/terrain combo here is very rare. I wish you good luck & lots of patience.

The cache is not at the posted coords . Visit the 12 legs, solve the clues & this will lead you to the final.

Leg 1 - Here you are looking for a "No Dumping" sign . Add all the numerals together & mulity by number of numerals then minus the number of letters in the 2nd word. Follow instructions not math principals.

Leg 2 - Count the number of fence posts (mailbox side) between start of trail & where the fake greenery starts. Multiply this number by five and the muliply that answer times 10. Divide this number by two. Looking for the 2nd number

Leg 3 - Top sign beginning with word access. (note 4th word is Mountain as you may not see a few letters hidden behind the screw, but they count. The apostrophe doesn't) 5th letter - 4th letter - 65th letter - 89th letter - 95th letter - 73rd letter - 40th letter - 13th letter - 17th letter.

Leg 4 - Looking for a Blue and White sign.  Add 1st four digits then add next three digits. Combine these two numbers.  Add number of words on the 2nd & 3rd lines to this. Add 10 to the total & divide by 2.

Leg 3 minus Leg 4 = B

Leg 5 - Looking for the 4 digit street address. 1st digit times the 2nd digit = ? . Three times ? = ??. Four times ?? = ???. Add these 3 digits together and divide by three. Minus four from this number.

Leg 6 - You are looking for words painted on the outside wall of the patio. Take the number of words and minus the numerical value of the 25th letter

Leg 7 - Looking for a Coquitlam Parks Sign here.   Add all the numbers of the bylaw numbers (not the years), digit by digit. Next add the 1st three & the last four digits of the phone number, digit by digit. Add the 2 numbers, you have come up with, together and subtract the numerical value of the 10th letter on the 1st line of the sign. Then add all the Red & Green circles to that number.

Leg 8 - Looking for a No Dumping sign. Add all digits on the sign together, digit by digit. Multiply this number by the numerical value of the 3rd letter on the sign. Subtract from this number the  last two numbers on the sign added together.

Leg 7 minus Leg 8 = D

Leg 9 - Looking for a Clean & Safe Sign. Add all the words under the Green Cirles explaing their meaning. Add all the words under the Red Circles explaing their meaning. Add these two numbers together plus the number of clouds on the sign.

Leg 10 - Looking for Wooden Sign with park name. Take the number of letters in the 1st word times the number of letters in the 2nd word and add to this,  ten times the number of yellow plastic round slides in the playground.

Leg 9 minus leg 10 = E

Leg 11 - Looking for a Green & White sign with a bike on it. Add number of bikes, number of words, number of wheels , number of L on sign & number of W on sign.

Leg 12 - Looking for a Blue & White security sign. How many letter in the word spelled wrong.

Leg 11 minus Leg 12 = F
